Custom orders of $30.00 or more require a 50% deposit and will be charged at the time the order is placed. The remaining balance will be charged at the time of shipment.

I crochet your items to order so the shipping of your items may take 2 to 8 weeks depending on the item that you are ordering.

All items are washed (and soften, if needed). I then put them in a bag to preserve freshness.

Unfortunately because I do crochet to order I cannot really offer refunds. However if you call, together we may be able to work something out. I want you to be as proud of your product as I am in making them.
